Basic Immersion Tour – Up to 8 hours
Wine Tours in Baja offers the Basic Immersion Tour, hosted by our Certified Wine Specialist, departing at 10:00 am.
Featured stops include:
- Monte Xanic – Cave tasting and light appetizer at Monte Xanic Cellars
- Decantos Vinícola – 2 Samples at tasting bar, light refreshments
- AlmaTierra Restaurant in Valle de Guadalupe – Dinner, barrel tasting in the private cellar, relaxation Time
Also, Basic Immersion Tour attendees will receive a gift bag including a mexican chocolate candy from a local chocolatier, and a keepsake wine glass.
Premium tour package – Up to 9 hours
Enjoy our new wine shuttle experience hosted by Wine Tours in Baja’s Certified Wine Specialist. This tour runs on Saturdays starting at noon.

- Dinner at Finca Altozano by renowned chef Javier Plascencia

Your travel host will find you at the location of your choice and drive you through the beautiful Pacific scenic road. Entering the Valle, we’ll give you an introduction to the wine route and all the essential facts of the region.
We create a customized itinerary for you to have enough time at each location. Feel free to spend more time at particular spots than others. Wine tasting is about enjoying yourself taking in the beautiful scenery in a relaxing way.
A selection of three wineries previously crafted for the group or the couple will be waiting for us. We’ll taste from three to four young wines at every stop from rose, reds, and whites.
Enjoy the landscape, sip your wine, relax and take beautiful pictures. There will be an opportunity to make a wine cellar tour where we will learn more about the wine process at each winery.
Enjoy the fresh ingredients of the Baja Cuisine in a farm to table experience accompanied by a glass of house wine.
